I had booked tickets on MakeMyTrip for travel in May2020. Subsequently I had to cancel the tickets given the Covid situation. The cancellation was done in the month of October , refund processed and deposited in the MakeMyTrip wallet on November 07, 2020. I instructed them to deposit the money into the original source of payment my Citibank Credit Card. On 9th November it shows being transferred to Citibank….. but till date 08 Jan , 3 months later I have still not received the credit into my credit card account.
