My complain is with MakeMyTrip (MMT) I booked a holiday from MMT on 8th June and there was 2 amount deducted against 1 booking. The call center agents are not even checking or willing to connect . They simply saying if it was duplicate charge it will be refunded ( without giving any timeframe ) this is my first and last time using this company. Horrible customer service & horrible web service.. no email address also provide for any escalations.
