I have done 2 booking of 16K each on 27th January 2015 through makemytrip.com and both were failed.

1)Booking ID: NP2802448641320 of Rs 16,167
2)Booking ID: NP2802148641202 of Rs 16,260

I have received refund of booking id NP2802448641320 but i am still waiting for amount of 10.708 for booking id NP2802148641202.

I have called them many times and raise complaints inline also but never get a satisfied and technical reason for the delay they just keep repeating one thing like a track that “your issue has been escalated to finance team and refund will be done in 3 working days”.

Kindly help me here as it has been 3+ months.
