My order no. 9909155030 from “http://www.maxfashion.in/” was delivered on 3rd July and the courier person collected complete order amount of Rs. 1097 as cash from me for three items but when I opened the packet there were only two items worth Rs. 898 and third item was missing. I reported this issue on the same day to max customer care via mobile and email both but they are not refunded my money. Since then i am continuously doing follow up and every time they just reply that we have escalated your issue to concern department and wait for 24-48 hrs. And it’s been 11 days now, they have not refunded my money back and also stopped responding me.
Please look into the issue as they just kept my money and not returning it back even after so many calls and emails.
I have also sent them the invoice copy attached in the packet where it’s mentioned in small letters that Invoice value : 898 and in bold it’s mentioned Please collect Rs. 1097.
Please take strict action on this and help me to get my money back
