Medlife.com (Medlife International Private Limited) is not capable of delivering and serving the Health sector. They give False Information, Unethically they are running their business and finally worst in customer service.

Following is taken from their FAQs when asked about the same they are saying there is a bug in their site and App which will be rectified in 15 days….
How long Medlife.com will take to deliver my order?
We deliver at pre-agreed timeslots for the prescriptions uploaded using Medlife.com app. Generally the medicines are delivered within 4 hours to a maximum of 24 hours *.
* Except where the required stocks are not available with Medlife and on Sundays (for orders placed after 12 noon on Saturdays).

They are responsible, taken 2 days to take the order and to confirm then next day they told it will be delivered within 48hrs… it means total 4 days and in FAQs they have mentioned 4hrs to 48hrs.

Please take strict action as they are into health section.
