1. Fools are working in your call center as they don’t even understand the simple English language as the start of my order is with a wrong address and I had made a complain to correct it but it’s the same till date.

The person while collecting the prescription calls and correct the address for his convinence and says that the address is mentioned wrong by our site instead of the call center mistake.

This states I am staying on wrong address from last 50yrs

The complain regarding the address was done and conformation was asked by your execute but no action is taken till date and no feed back is received

2. The prescription is collected but the name of the Doctor is also mentioned wrongly not as per prescription

3. My first order was twice returned due to short supply of medicines and discount structure
It took nearly 10days to complete my first order with lot of harassment and waste of time

Also they doesn’t fullfill their promises made in messages as 25% discount & 15% cash back if payment done by Freecharge,Mobikiwik,Ola Money but the cash back is never recieved from these sites.

4. My last order was booked on 29th of may with 5products among which i didnt recieve 1 product that was Basalog 100IU of 5ml and it was said to me that it would be delievered next day as it is short of order but on next day I received a calling stating that repentative coming to collect the prescription so I made a call in ur center regarding short supply item so I was informed by Ayesha on 1st June 2017 @ 3:00pm tht provide the prescription u will receive the same 25% discount and new order was placed and as today i recieved the product with a 20% discount when i called in call center i was talking to Raunak as he said,u return the order and place a new order to recieve 25% discount who will be responsible for the late intake of medicine as from yesterday my Insulin has been finshed it mns again customer has to be suffered for the mediciens which is one of the important thing tht should be taken on time and the mistake done by the excuitve is free from any hassle with no inquiry done on tht person

5. Abhishek is also one of the executive who has promised to arrange a call back with his senior team member but till now no call has been received.
