I was suppose to get an delivery of medicine on 20th June so I called midlife and confirm the same so it was said it will be delivered, but it don’t got delivered, then I called on 21st June 2019 again they said that we are sorry for delay but today ie is 21st it will be delivered but it dint I called to midlife approx 7-8 time and they have registered my complaint but still I haven’t received the medicine and now it’s 22nd still no medicine and again they are saying it will delivered today.

They are just fooling customer and their representative are not good enough to resolve any issue. Midlife are making money by cheating people.

My father is an asthmic patient and my mother is an diabetic patient because of not taking medicine their health have tremendously gone done my father is not able to breath properly and my mother is not able to walk properly. I have called many time to medlife about my medicine they just says it will be delivered so I dint procure from local medicine as all the medicine are costly and I don’t have that much of money to waste by ordering double medicine

This all thing have happens because of midlife not providing medicine on given time I want to take strict action against this fraud company and want compensation of my father and mother health.

Respect authority I want strict action to be taken against this company so that they can’t cheat any customers.
