Company supplied 1 bottle of DIABETASAFE tablets against 2 bottles as per invoice BLR09 dt 08-09-2017,order id OR7095 JE-002A and collected Rs 999/-(cash) on 13-09-2017 though the order was not placed.on contacting customercare care no 186012341234 subsequently for cancellation & refund,it was assured that the order was wrongly supplied & money will be refunded along with collection of refunded medicine.Till this date the medicine not collected or money refunded.
Request Rs 999/- be refunded along with collection of 1 bottle of medicine which was not ordered.
