I have ordered medicines in medlife on January 26th and my order number is OR7607UVB-001A. Today date is february 18th and its been 3 weeks over but I didnt get my refund. Every time I need to call their customer care number which is chargeble number and minimum 30 min they will make us to wait and transfer calls but they said within 24 hours you will get refund. I have got the same answer more than 10 times and even today I didnt get my refund bck. they are sending messages and mails mentioning that refund is processed but NO. Its very dissapointing that my money is struck with them and I am in need of that to order medicines.
