Paid On: First paid on 02 Aug 2020 (through the link provided by you). Second time paid on 04 Aug 2020 (through the delivery boys QR code). This above mentioned payment is done for one order only.
When the delivery boy said he did not have any info about the online payment (First Payment). Further this company has failed to refund the amount of Rs. 1176.71 since Aug 2020.
Whenever I have contacted I was told, we are sorry and escalating the issue to make this refund at the earliest or we ill call you or reply back within 24 Hrs. That 24 Hrs has never been materialized.
In this regard I have sent them bank statements to substantiate my claim. But there is no payment till date.
