I ordered medicines on 26sep but they delivered the wrong medicine. Since then i am calling customer care, dropping mails but my refund gasnt been processed yet. I don’t understand how long will they take for my refund. Everytime i call customer care they say it will be processed in another 1 day but nothing happens. “Write to us” section is waste as not even an acknowledgement come for that. #Pathetic customer service
