I placed an order with your company 4weeks ago and have not heard a thing to confirm it. Checked to see if it was shipped to no avail. No info on any orders and no communication from you. Please be informed that I will be contacting the BBB. On this matter . Also Facebook to let them know that my order has been shanghaied by you .
