I’m not sure if this is the same site that I ordered a tool set from. Received prompt email that my order was received with a tracking number. After tracking my order daily for almost all of February the tracking site said my package had been delivered. I immediately emailed the above company and told them I didn’t received it. I didn’t even ask for a refund because I assumed they would try to locate it. Instead I received a email stating it must be lost and issued me a refund instantly. I guess ordering anything that’s coming from China will no longer be an option for me.
