Mi India – Money not refund

Hello Sir,

I ordered MI 4i mobile from http://www.mi.com/in/index.html. I placed order on November 3, 2015 with online payment. The mobile is dispatched by Mi with Delhivery courier service. The item is now delivered for 10 days so i called courier company Delhivery.

Delhivery told me that item you ordered is misplaced and not traceable. Then i contacted MI and told them Delhivery courier has misplaced my item so i need refund and cancel my order. MI told me we have already dispatched so contact Delhivery to check status. They both just fooled me for couple of days.

I then told MI executive to file my complaint. Then MI marked my order as return rejected but did not refund my money.
I contacted MI why my money is not paid then i get a response saying you have to wait until the item you ordered returns back to MI.
I told them since order is misplaced it will never return to you then how long you will be holding my money. They are saying you have to wait and not giving any refund. MI is not even giving proper answer to my question. MI not giving deadline by when i will get money back. MI not even replying to my emails.

It’s the worst Chinese company , drinking our blood. MI holding my hard earned money. I paid money from credit card so since item is not delivered i did not pay credit card bill and now have to pay interest 3% pm.

MI provides such a poor service, can’t solve an issue in a month’s times.

Please help me to deal with this issue.

    Case history: I had ordered an product from mi store website & had done the online payment I was just waiting for my delivery I was keeping the track on my product due to the tracking number which was given by mi team according to the tracking record the product first reached to bangalore FedEx department  on 2nd Nov 2016, & after that it reached to Mumbai FedEx department & after that when it reached to the local FedEx department on 4th Nov 2016 than by them I asked about my product status the agent or manager over there she said that my product they are trying to search it of but they couldn’t able to find  it, it got misplaced by them from 30th Oct onwards I m literally waiting for this product filed several complaints on it keeping the follows up day by day regarding to it & I m finally getting the answer that the FedEx department doesn’t have my product with them they got misplaced by them now u need to claim again to mi for replacement such an a pathetic service I ever had in my life & the main problem is that I had ordered this product from mi store website not from FedEx than why the dam I need to keep the follow up by my side why don’t mi people are not concerned about these things right now every one is blaming on me saying why have you done the online payment  that the only one reason company is becoming too much careless about your product now finally when i raised the complaint to cancel my product  & now I want the refund amount & I m waiting for it ,non of the agent called me from xiaomi team for the confirmation to cancel my product because I loose my hope on fedex people if again I will claim for the replacement producer how I can trust fedex that the FedEx department will delivery it to me on time when already I  spend lot of my patience & time to it as I m a working women so I ordered it from online & now i m suffering & I need to find out the time for all of these process also. i m  so much furstrated
    I want a cancellation confirmation call by the xiaomi team. FedEx cannot even refund the money ,even though the mistake is happened by FedEx department does
    Both company are not ready to refund my amount xiaomi ( mi store )from where I had ordered my product they just know how to fool the people & FedEx courier service is pathetic kindly please help me out as these people know how loot the people please help me out to get my money back
