I bought a Red mi 3S prime Phone on 22-Feb-2017 of cost Rs. 8999/- but I received a dead phone on 26-Feb-2017. I complained regarding this on 26-Feb-2017 on Mi customer care.They sent me a mail regarding replacement through Bluedart Courier service. and I gave dead phone on their requesting format to courier boy. Now on 9-Mar-2017 they don’t provide me a new working phone.
I contact to Mi customer care but they don’t give the satisfactory answer.
