I bought one mobile from Mi India official website on 21st Aug, 2015. Within 10 mins I cancelled my order and bought same mobile in diff color. I have received that mobile but even after 40 days of cancelling the order, I haven’t received any refund for my cancelled order. I wrote down to Mi India service and they said they are processing it. But now they have stopped replying. Can you guys do something regarding this. I will be very thankful for this.
