I had booked MI note 4 vide Order ID: 5170409645733328 but instead of that I received MI4 so either refund or replace the phone to mi note4.CUSTOMER CARE told me that the order was done for MI4 if I aggred with THIS comment (although it is not correct) than also your policy is saying the refund is possible as I am totally unsatisfied with the quality of this phone.it is clearly mentioned in the following link http://mobile.mi.com/in/service/replacement/. I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT YESTERDAY AND NOT SATISFIED WITH THE QUALITY SO EITHER REFUND OR REPLACE IT TO MI NOTE 4.
