I gave my mobile phone for replacement on Dec 10, 2015 for screen damage. It is April 04, 2016 and I still haven’t received my phone back. I have spent over Rs.1000 on phone bills alone talking to the customer care. I got my phone back on March 6, 2016. But they failed to send me the battery and back panel of my phone. What is the point in having a phone without the battery? I have again started calling the customer care but they don’t seem to be taking any action. I paid Rs.2299.00 for the replacement only to find out the battery and back panel were not included. I request you to take necessary action against the company for the mental torture I had to go through and the fraudulent services that is being provided.
