MicroRoot Poc Technology Pvt. Ltd. 10th Floor Prabhat Center, In front of bus depot, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai(MH) Ph: 022-65252421/25/28 I was placed in MicroRoot POC Technologies Mumbai . I was offered an annual salary package of 2.8 lacs in offer letter. Later they send mail that you will have 4 months of probation period during which you will get 10-15000 rupees per month. But after joining they introduced new strategies to deduct our salary. They told that we will have tests every sunday and if we fail 2500 rupees will be deducted. And our fixed salary reduced to 7000 from 10-15k as told in email. If we fail one test that means we will be left with 4500 rs in the city of mumbai for a month. not at all if we fail two test then they give only 2500 rs for a month. It doesnt end here…they have recruited people already for the next batch and now they are just terminating the old recruitments because they dont even have enough space to accomodate new students.They will create such circumstances that you have to leave the company later. This company is playing with future of freshers as by the time we will leave this company we will be no longer a fresher and opportunities become limited for us. they are just earning money by recruitment in colleges and they terminate students within one to two months and playing with future of students and colleges also showing their fake placement in website . further action please …

Kisiko bhi experience letter and payment slip mili hain to please contact me. And ha joining letter yaa phir offer letter mila hoto contact me. Bcoz mere offer letter jo employee id hain wahi same id mere frnds ke offer letter main hain.contact me on [email protected]
this company is fraud and taking money from student and not giving them joining.FRAUD……FRAUD…..FRAUD….FRAUD ….I ALSO GAVE 20000/- AND NOW THEY AVOIDING ME

My problem with MicroRoot Poc Technology Pvt. Ltd. get resolved, My problem was only related to salary, Now i don’t have any problem. satisfactory i am working ,.. As far as company concern , company is genuine , Doing business in IT and ITES, Also working For TCS, ADANI, GOVERNMENT PROJECT… any one can watch company portfolio,products , infra in his web site http://www.mipo.org
