Dear Sir, It is with great discomfort and disbelief to find that FLYDUBAI, changes my reservation without my consent or my approval. I totally disagree with your action. My reservation was made to travel on the 27th from Bahrain to Dubai with onward connection to Kiev. You have cancelled the reservation and the message I received today had no mention that I will spend more than 18 hours in Dubai. I request your immediate contact with me to find a solution to enable my travel on the 27th as I have paid for the hotel and car rental for the 27th arrival to Kiev. If you still insist on the 28th trip, then I demand either a refund for the 27th hotel and car rental charges, or a full refund of what I have paid. This behaviour does not leave a good impression to trust Flydubai for any future travel and would reflect negatively on your reputation.
