I was charged twice for my booking, But unfortunately as per the bank the payment was given to Fly Dubai and As per fly Dubai the payment was never received. How ever in any situation whether the payment was received or not fly Dubai failed to give their customers the value, I would rate them -100 in customer service.

And would never recommend fly Dubai to any of my friends and family Really cheap service.
