I am a consumer of Indane gas in Ludhiana M/s Avtar Flame Centre, Ludhiana vide Consumer No. AT-25721. I have taken two filled cylinders after starting of subsidy. Total Amount Paid Rs. 2513.00 (Copy enclose) but till date I have not received subsidy in my bank account. I have already submitted the addhar card in Bank and Gas agency (Three Time submitted in Gas agency). Till date my addhar card is not attach with IOCL.

All documents scan and attach with letter, Please check and confirm to us and also transfer my subsidy in my bank account & oblige.
