I bought mswipe device (card swiping device) on june 19th 2017. The seller offered me with false promises like, 1st month is rent free, deposit amount will be refunded fully once you cancel the device, no charges for swiping below 2000₹. But all the promises are been false. But for my surprise 1st month rent was deducted from my account within 15days. I registerd complaint regarding the problem, what i got the answer is “SORRY”. After that i told them to cancel my device and ask for refund, to that they told ” we will refund ₹950 only”. And moreover after requesting for cancel they charged rental too. This is totally cheating to customers. I haven’t seen such a fraud company like this.
