I had an post paid internet service named 8641878185 of MTS company. In the month of July 2016 more than 20 days of the month there was no internet service due to the tower fault.Still the company charged for whole month’s rent.I had been asking for adjustment of the amount for non service from the monthly rent. As there was no/poor internet connection requests & complaints were done over mobile.Being frustrated I informed the company personnel, whenever they asked for payment,not paying the Nov’s rent until adjustment is done & stopped using the service. They did not pay heed to me rather they charged for Dec’16.On 05/01/17 M/S Show(as she told me) threatened me legal action & promised me to waive Dec’s rent for non use if I pay the Nov’s rent.So I compromised & on good faith I paid it without adjustment.But to my utter surprise it did not keep promised rather keep on irritating sending messages for Dec’s rent.I sent mails to customer care of MTS but did not get reply.Now since 21st instant the company has been sending legal action notice message.I need your help
