Dear Consumer Court Team,
I have a concern and would like to complaint against the service I have received from the Company called Musafir.com. I had requested for a visit visa on urgent basis. my plan was to take a flight on 9th Oct 2016, I called on 7th Oct2016 I asked if its possible to get a visa on 9th afternoon, The agent said they will get by 9th Oct 2016 afternoon, I said try to get in the morning if possible as if I get i would be able to take a flight in next couple of hours of getting the visa. the agent insisted and said they can do it on priority basis and hence asked me to pay the charge 7200 rs which I did pay right away. since than there was no reply from the customer services team.I mailed them asking for status.nothing happened. they jus once replied stating they will check an update I didnt get any reply after that.hence when I mailed them that I want to cancel the visa. the next morning I got a call from the same agent who Booked the visa. his name is Vivek Rodridges he literally denied the fact he said he will get the visa on 9th. he says he said i will get it done on 13th or 14th…I explained him I was in a urgent need of a visa and I specifically mentioned that I need on 9th and he said he will get it . hope musafir.com have recording line for their communication. even my wife was shocked with his answers he completely denied and even misbehaved on call with my wife and me and on top of it he disconnected the call on us saying I dont care………………
I need some explaination from musafir.com on such behavior of their agent with customers who have their concern.
I hope this issue will be dealt on serious basis.
