I am having a very bad experience with my flight ticket cancellation. I am not getting my money back quick post the cancellations! Also their process is very very slow and they are almost never able to respond to emails. They always have the excuse that due to festive season they are bombarded with emails. After all my case is about returning my money right, so they are least bothered and in the bottom of their priority. To expedite I call their customer service which is NOT TOLL FREE! and I have every time waited for more than 10 min! at my expense and finally when I get through, I get these lame excuses for delay in credit of my money post cancellation! They are frauds! Otherwise for what dame reason the declare it would take about 25 days for money to credit back! I am going through a terrible experience with cancellation here! I will write to the Consumer bureau about this! The only good thing about them is good flight ticket pricing but for any other such services the experience is terrible! They must be thriving by making money in such indirect manner. Apart from their charges of 250 per seat they also get to enjoy the cancelled amount for such a long time and buy additional time by giving lame excuses to customers.
