On 9TH MAY, 2021 AT AROUND 1-1.30 AM.I BOOKED TWO CAKES FOR TWO DIFFERENT ADDRESSES AND THE MONEY GOT DEDUCTED ACCORDINGLY. SINCE MORNING I HAVE BEEN CONTINUOUSLY TRYING TO REACH AT ALL THE EMAIL IDS AND THE CUSTOMER CARE NMBERS, BUT FAILED TO RECEIVE NAY RESPONSE. ONE CAKE WAS DELIVERED ON TIME. THE OTHER ONE, FOR MOTHER’S DAY, FOR MY MOTHER, DIDNOT REACH ME. ON 10TH MAY, THAT IS ON THE NEXT DAY ONE MAN CALLED ME AND SAID THAT THE CAKE GOT DESTROYED ON THE PREVIOUS DAY AND WANTED TO DELIVER ON 10TH, WHICH WOULD NOT SERVE MY PURPOSE. SO WANTED A REFUND. TILL NOW NO ONE RESPONDED AND NEITHER ACKNOWLEDGED MY COMPLAINT.
