Hi, I ordered two bouquet from flower tree online from there website bouquet with jute wrapped for 23 rd November as I had a function 24 th early morning, but they didn’t deliver the bouquet I tried all the numbers available on website sent mail, chat with customer care lady shivani but no response. Atlast I ordered late night with other local florist he delivered. Then I sent message to cancel the order no body responded after three days by reverting to mail the want to send bouquet when I don’t require I am asking them to refund they are not refunding. Please help me out to get my refund my order number was 940064. Please don’t order if you need bouquet for special occasion you have to face alot problems and embarrassment.
