I ordered cake combo and personalised gift on 14th feb that too for same day delivery and while tracking it shows next day delivery but no delivery happened till date. No customer service is available, they dont even pick the number given on site. They are total fraud and this is disgusting behaviour. I spent money on it and no refund option is there.
