Myflowertree.com – Product not delivered on time neither they are refunding money

I ordered a product from My Flower Tree on 24th August 2021 and the delivery date was showing as 26th August 2021. The order number is 898178. I got a tracking id from Delhivery courier the very next day, i.e., on 25th August 2021 with tracking id #1091144268046. When I tracked the order it kept on showing the status as pickup pending pending. The same thing went on 26 August 2021. I called the customer care and asked them. They told me that the order will get delivered by the end of the day. But the order didn’t get delivered, I checked the status the next day and it was showing the same thing. And the only update was that the Delhivery executive was again out for pickup the next day as the earlier day he was sent back as pickup was not ready. The update today is that I have called their team atleast 20 times and they haven’t provided any satisfactory resolution. They are blaming Delhivery that it is a technical problem at the delivery partner end and our order is in transit and it will reach you today. The status on Delhivery now shows that “the shipper has cancelled the pickup.” After numerous emails to the team, the only reply I got was “We are working on your complaint and you will get a reply from us very soon.” MyFlowerTree is a fraud company and it is cheating a number of people. I am feeling bad now as why I hadn’t read the reviews before ordering.
