I have an open ticket with Malaysian Airline booked through MyTrip (in.mytrip.com) . The airline is offering either cancellation or extension of the open ticket. However the request has to be initiated by the travel agent as per the airline.
The phone number of MyTrip (+91 1171279371) given in their website does not work. Upon sending email there is no response.
My money is stuck this company MyTrip (in.mytrip.com) does not respond. Please help.
