I purchased a ticket for the flight departing Seoul for Istanbul at 6:00 on August 21 with reservation number M9ZZUI.
The airline informed me that I was entitled to a full refund due to the changed flight time, but Mytrip does not want to issue a refund. He demands half of the reimbursement.
