I purchase one Package in January, 2016, our account was debited on 21/01/2016 and booklet issued on 01/04/2016 for Rs 7950/ valid for one Year
This was my second package as I had purchased elite package of Rs 9750/ also
As per their rules I was to be refunded Rs950/ but till date I could not get the refund in my account after more than 15 months
In my Elite package i could avail only one tour rest lapsed
In second one I applied for one Place before 30 days but could not get voucher till departure of train could not get voucher and finally had to deboard train and return back to house
