I have bought a Insurance (maruti Insurance) National Insurance no. 35101031176140149299, for My Maruti CIAZ ZDI- HR10 Y- 2735, In 3 rd week of April i got a Hit on my LHS, Back tyre by Auto while coming back from my office, i.e. is in NOIDA. in Evening.

Next day i observe some shaking in my car. I approach a Wheel Balancer and ask him to check alignment. After checking he told me that there is a problem in your Rear Shaft. Its damaged due to hitting. Please approch the Company and get it repaired.

On 25th April, 2018, I approached Jagmohan Motors Ltd. Sonipat and lodge a complaint.

From 25th April 2018 to till date, The surveyor is not responding well and told me to get it done by my self.

Sir, My car is still in Jagmohan Motors Ltd., Sonipat and waiting to get it cleared. You can check that with out external hit, the problem (what i am facing in my car) is possible or not.

The Renewal of my car was due on 01-05-2018, which i get renewed from Jagmohan Motors Ltd., sonipat. and They get it done after deduction of no-claim bonce.
