Respected sir,

I have applied for medical claim. But my mediclam form was rejected from insurance company. They have stamped all bills as rejected. I was admitted in PGI chandigarh In January and has requested for Intemation no. Company has given me Intemation no. I am still getting my treatment and is suffering with critical kidney failure disease. I am continue on dialysis. I applied my mediclam on the month of August. Our policy renew on August end.
But the insurance company has rejected my claim because of delay submittion of documents and bills.
I was not in the condition on time.
