Respected Sir/Mam,
There is a real estate company named Nature Heights Infra limited in abohar district of punjab. I have invested 1, 75, 000/-rs in this compny for their talwara project in which the promised me to give 1000sq. ft of plot or money equivalent to that plot. For that i have paid 4 instalments of 43, 750rs from 2012 to 2015. I have all the agreement papers with me and also the receipts of 4 instalments that i have paid but now i came to know that they cheated me and the cmd of this company is in jail.No one is picking up the phone and their email id’s are also not working. I have no clue what to do. Please help me, my financial condition is not so good.
I am attaching the last 2 receipts of installments that i have paid.

I, Tarlok Singh S/o Jagat Singh resident of H.No. C-48, New Ganesh Nagar, Dakoha Road, Opposit Balmiki Mandir, Rama Mandi, Jalandhar Cantt, PO : Dakoha, Pin-144023, Mob; No. 8847216431, 9316951172, email: [email protected] booked a aforesaid plot and paid full cost of plot in four equal installments, nine years has elapsed from the date of final payment of plot, but neither given me possession of plot, nor refund of cost of plot with interest as mentioned in the agreement, I request you early refund of full cost of plot with interest as early as possible.
