Respected sir/mam,
There is a real estate company named nature heights infra limited talwara district of punjab. I have invested
262500/-rs in this compny for their talwara project in which the promised me to give 2000sq. Ft of plot or money equivalent to that plot. For that i have paid 3 instalments of 87500r s from 2011 to 2013. I have all the agreement papers with me and also the receipts of 3 instalments that i have paid but now i came to know that they cheated me and the cmd of this company is in jail. No one is picking up the phone and their email id’s are also not working. I have no clue what to do. Please help me, my financial condition is not so good.
