I have booked my flat in Phase – 3, Neo City, Wagholi in Feb 2014. Builders had given me possession date 30th June 2014 but when I visited my flat to see the progress work, there were no further progress when I booked my flat last year. When I contacted builder than they are giving possession date by Nov, 2015. But as far as I have seen the progress rate of work I don’t think even they will be able to given possession this year.
Due to possession delay I am suffering from home loan EMI and house rent which now seems to be unmanageable.
I have purchased flat in Neo City just because of reputation of these three builders but I don’t think they are now up to the mark to satisfy their customers.
If you have also purchased your flat in Phase – 3 then please raise your voice. Unless we raise our voice until possession will be given soon.
