This cheater is asking for Rs. 1,50,000 for giving NOC to Bank. This is illegal and he charges Rs. 3000/- as a rent of clubhouse for 5 hours we have already paid maintenance charges for the same. A big cheater & fraud. No handover of society since last three years and no possession letters.
