Hello, I recently purchased a $699 faultless brows kit from netxecom, which I received on March 7th.
Although it wasn’t the same battery inside or outside the kit, it was stated on the package that it was included.
I then attempted a return but was unable to do so.
So I bought one battery and put it in.
After that, it was started and stopped in a split second.
Then I attempted to start it one more, but nothing happened.
There is therefore no other choice.
I simply want to return the useless and flawed item and receive a refund.
