Damaged piece self defence stick, not working. This above company is a cheater, they don’t provide phone number or website, I feel as a customer I was cheated . Please provide a new working piece or return my money.

I ve received the mini vacuum cleaner which is not useful at all I want to return. Pls arrange me for the same.
