I ordered for hair root touch up kit for rupees 999 and I got a gel Kajal liner which is not of a good quality and from very unknown brand

I placed order trusting that will get the product as placed but was disappointed wen I opened the pack to find absolutely different product
I am very very disappointed with the Netxecom
Pls give my refund or replace it with the right product of root touch up kit as soon as possible
