I had booked a Meru Service for 11th Oct-2013, ref no. 22024646 for Airport transfer but your company never send any sms intimation, NO Cab, No apology/cancellation call…..Pathetic Service in nutshell. I had missed my flight due to your casual attitude. I had expressed my dissatisfaction to the telecaller on 11th Oct only but nothing happened. Now, tell me should I file a consumer complaint or go to media with other harassed customers like me.
