I ordered a plant from nurserylive. order number #XIXT041294. I received the plant in a very poor condition. Attaching the pictures for the reference. The plant is almost dead.After contacting nurserylive they refuse to refund or replace. Instead they just gave me the tips to revive the plant. I never asked for a dying plant. I was promised a healthy plant. Please help me refund/replacement
Very disappointed.
Please do something.
