I bought this product while Nykaa was having their sale, and I am convinced that they put things on sale that are defected somehow. After receiving this product, it heats up very very hot and is not true to the temperature shown. The outside of the straightener also get very hot and it has melted the surface of my table.

After repeated attempts to try to get a hold of someone at Nykaa. It took me days, weeks even to get one half hearted response to something that I have complained about for days. It wasn’t even helpful.
They told me to contact the manufacture and I have but Nykaa should be taking care of this.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE.
