I had ordered four products from Nykaa. however Cuz of Pincode diffetence I received only 1 product n other products I had to cancel but I had made a online transaction. for which I have been following up from one month n I haven’t received refund. I have sent mails, calls. Ol the executive give only one answer that transaction has been initiated.
