I placed an order for 508 rupees with Nykaa and they funded their wallet as a first step to take payment that I made via my credit card. The have Wow Express as their delivery partners who have not contacted me. They don’t even ring the doorbell. Three days they sent the same person and every time they updated “consignee not available” which is a lie. Also it is not fair that they deliver at their own sweet time without letting the customer know.

Now Nykaa is forcing me to take refund in the wallet. The money is no use to me because they will not change the delivery partners and the same problem will exist. It is not fair for any company to force their customer to make wallet payments and then deny to refund. They are daring to do this because this is a prepaid order.
