I have booked a OLA cab at Vijayawada from Suncity Hotel to Airport. Booking confirmation CRN No 403501138 scheduled for 28 Septemeber 2016 at 5.30. I have booked for a Mini ride and the vehicle provided was a Micro with a blue NANO-AP07TV1354 Driver Mr. Manikanta.

Vehicle provided was a Micro but the rate charged and collected was for a Mini. Spoke to the custoemr care number also, but they have no answer.

It is a royal way of cheating the public and OLA has proved that they are no less than an Auto wallah.
