I recently (15 April 2023) switched phones and reset the one where my Google Authenticator was installed, which contained the 2-factor authentication for my Olymp Trade account. Now that I’ve installed Google Authenticator on my new phone, I’m not receiving the one-time code for Olymp Trade and am unable to access my account. I kindly ask the support team to respond promptly and resolve my problem.
