My olymptrade I’d is 92908341. I have made a upi money transfer through QR on 4 January in which money was deducted from my bank account and I clicked “I have paid” button but Transaction status reflected “failed” at olymp trade and money was not refunded to my bank account. Raised a request to support team for the same to refund the amount deducted from my bank account. From last 20 days, I am following up with the support team everytime I hear the same reply that our finance team is reviewing your case and will get an update. God knows what happened to my money. If this the behaviour of the finance team towards a regular trader of olymptrade then what they do with the new traders. They just don’t bother about people money. They got the amount in their bank and now they are delaying to credit it. Worst service ever. Don’t know what to do tired of raising complaint to the support team. I think it’s better not to trade with olymptrade anymore. All new traders beware before depositing money in olymptrade. They will just ask for time but in the time they will not get any update and they will ask for more time. Sometimes I feel like being cheated here.
